This Self-Care Saturday features Jacqueline Sheppard, Health Researcher, Educator, & Author of "The Silent Takeover."  We are encouraging you to ask any health related questions. She is concerned about Matters of Health among Blacks i.e. diabetes, heart problems, strokes, high death rates, and more illnesses you want to discuss. You will learn what we can do to bring about a change. She is on a mission to help change matters of health in the black community. She has studied the high death rate among African Americans and patterns of black men with prostate cancer. She dispels the myths about diabetes in the black community, answers questions about sludge, elevated uric acid, & fatty liver.
