In this episode, I ditch the formal scripted approach I took in my last couple of episodes. I just poured what was on my mind out. I feel a need to purge myself. Free myself and my family. There is no way I am going to do that, by doing what I currently am. I feel compelled to quit my job, but fear has a chokehold on me...and that is ungodly. I shall overcome. I shall prevail. As should we all.
I CANNOT. I cannot put out another piece of content especially A blog until I address this head on.
To sum up my career, I have been contributing to the financial services and IT channel industry for over 15 years now primarily in client services and consulting roles. I am ablack woman. And I do not think that I fit the description and ‘being’ of corporate America. I also have never met a black woman in corporate America - let alone any job - that is like me. “Well, duh, Shaun, we’re all different.”, you maysay, however, I’d challenge you to think deeper about that to understand what I am addressing in that regard.
Listen in to hear the rest and me read through facts about the first herb in my wild foraging guide book. It's agave.
I used to write in my diary as a young girl. I loved to read and write. It felt so freeing. Who would have known that it was a violation of the universal god to read and write? I found out. And so, I continue. I will reap what I sow.
I will utilize this podcast and platform to share my written blogs, or diary entries, with my audience and podcast community. I want to be understood, not heard or seen. However, I want you to hear the conviction in my voice. So that’s why I will continue to do a vocal podcast. I also wantyou to hear the lack thereof when it exists and understand why and where it is coming from.
I want to produce something and share something that I want to listen to and read. I want to hear the truth and honest perspective and experience of black women and the people of this world. I am a black woman from the south. South Texas to be specific. This is the best I will do at the moment. And it is a best that I will grow content for.
Consistency.
Intention.
Timing.
Order.
Structure.
Resources.

I go through the motions, emotions, and recap these past few months and reflect on the past years.
It’s been a long time coming and I’m glad to be back. I considered starting a new podcast but you know that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
I have big dreams, that I’m trying to make a reality with what I have.
In this episode I talk about what I’ve been up to including recouping from a layoff after 5 years with the same marketing agency.
Reflection and family care. Profitability and freedom are on my horizon. I said it and so I will make it so.
Listen to hear about my reflection at a high level on my experience.
Hi Everyone, do you want to know what it takes to liberate black people in America and across the Nations? Listen to this honest, raw podcast.
