Pamela is an award-winning Executive Director at Essex CC, specialising in People & Transformation, including menopause policy and workplace initiatives. Eileen is a writer, director, public speaker, Artistic Director of QuestLife, and the pioneer of a GLA-funded project exploring menopause as a rite of passage.

Black Womens Wellness is recorded at Theatre Deli London a community arts venue, any background noise is just that, community and artistic life happening in the moment, and as so is at the heart of Black Lives Natter's ethos of 'Community, Creativity & Conversation.'

Roz campaigns for the rights of victim-survivors of child sexual assault and abused people. She has studied trauma through Black history, Feminism, and Abuse, and Roz has spoken to audiences worldwide on hope and healing.
