"Media Burn" is the debut EP by TOTEM - 4 succinct slabs of industrial electronics and rhythmic noise forged in the spirit of hardcore punk. The project is loosely based on themes of media consumption, symbolism, illusions, and control. The artist embraces an austere process born of limited means: samples mangled beyond recognition and rearranged according to some obscure logic. The results are self-described as "industrial skronk" - sculptures made entirely from audio debris that had another life, now twisted and repurposed by an unseen hand into something new and unfamiliar.

Recorded in 2017-18. Mixed by Michael Buchanan, mastered by Dietrich Schoenemann. Full sleeve artwork by Laura Bagnato.

Industrial Possession is the new label in which they will be dedicated to publishing artists whose productions transit through areas close to EBM, Industrial and Techno.
