𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴, argument presented here might yet be free 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘵. Sometimes some silly people mistakenly call ones pursuing purity in the 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 as being too extreme, you haven't heard anything remotely extreme in the 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 until you hear this speech.
𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 is basically illegally distributed software for example effectively distributed across a network like I2P that functions as 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 by giving users access to the 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘥𝘦, then the people will share the copies in both modified and unmodified forms across an anonymizing network like I2P, or otherwise, enabling them to practice the 4 𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙤𝙢𝙨, even if some law says they aren't allowed to do so in some geographic area. People who aren't beholden to a law thanks to using an anonymizing network like I2P can effectively practice the 4 𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙤𝙢𝙨 since there is no legal authority who can meaningfully enforce laws against the anonymous 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 developers and users on the I2P network. It may or may not be a good idea, I leave that for you to decide on for yourself. It is a black market, because people involved will be taking a risk of legal prosecution if ever caught, and the practice is potentially even highly illegal, as silly as that is, since copyright itself is very silly indeed.

A program is free software, for you, a particular user, if:
You have the freedom to run the program as you wish, for any purpose.
You have the freedom to modify the program to suit your needs. (To make this freedom effective in practice, you must have access to the source code, since making changes in a program without having the source code is exceedingly difficult.)
You have the freedom to redistribute copies, either gratis or for a fee.
You have the freedom to distribute modified versions of the program, so that the community can benefit from your improvements.
