Her Health First Pregnancy Coach
In this episode we learn about the pregnancy coach services available through Her Health First. We discuss some of the specific challenges Black women face during pregnancy and how to overcome them with the services and support from Her Health First.

Pregnancy and Health Risk
This episode is a discussion about the challenges and risks that Black women face in pregnancy and delivery such as cardiovascular conditions, hemorrhage, and preeclampsia. Black women are 4 times more likely to die from pregnancy-related conditions and their babies are twice as likely to die too, with more than half of these deaths are considered preventable.
