It's time to go further down the Black Mirror rabbit hole than ever before!

December 28th saw the release of Black Mirror: Bandersnatch - an interactive experience from Netflix. Join host James Ide chatting with Producer Dan, who has spent far too long trying to save Stefan from Charlie Brooker.

80's nostalgia, game theory versus audience theory, and one liners about mince beef collide as Black Mirror Cracked goes hunting for the fabled Bandersnatch.

James and Dan review the new interactive Black Mirror movie including easter eggs, cast and THAT flow chart.

And it's time to find out if new host, James, has enough Black Mirror knowledge to pull this off...!

It's been a whole year since our last Black Mirror fix, but could that all be about to change?

Fans are wildly speculating that a Black Mirror feature length movie could be about to drop: Bandersnatch! Secretive as ever, not much is known about the new feature and Netflix are remaining tight lipped about when it might drop. A quickly deleted Twitter post reckons Black Mirror: Bandersnatch could be dropping onto the streaming site shortly.

Is it an 1980's video game themed outing for Charlie Brooker's anthology series? Could this be the rumoured interactive episode? We'll have to wait just a little longer to find out. But if/when it drops, Black Mirror Cracked will return with new show host and super fan, James Ide.

In the meantime, you can listen to our previous episodes covering the stories and cast of Seasons 1-4 with Suchandrika Chakrabarti.

And make sure you're subscribed wherever you get your podcasts ready for Bandersnatch!

Yes, it's San Junipero! The neon-lit 80s tale of two women falling in love that is not - of course - all that it seems.

Actor Gavin Stenhouse (@gavinstenhouse) who plays lovelorn Wes, joins the pod to talk about working on the most beloved (and surprising) of Black Mirror instalments.

He was also there with the cast, Charlie Brooker and co when they won the series' first two Emmy awards - and surely not its last.

Journalist Harriet Flook (@harrietkhark) also returns to the pod to analyse her favourite episode.

That's a wrap on Black Mirror Cracked - at least for now. Thanks to everyone who spared some time to guest or co-host, and thank YOU for listening! We've loved hearing from you, making the pod and falling way down deep into the Black Mirror rabbit hole. Here's to Season 5!

The episode known as 'the Jon Hamm one' before its much-anticipated debut in December 2014, White Christmas is a collection of Black Mirror lasts and firsts.

It's the last of the Channel 4 series, going out well before the news that Netflix would pick up the show.

It's the first episode to have a huge American star at its centre; to introduce cookies; and to have a three-part story structure.

Joining the pod to discuss his time working on set is actor Rasmus Hardiker (@RasmusHardiker), who played Harry in the first story.

Poor Harry, he just wanted a date... what he got was a lot more... final. Ras tells us all about what it was like to film that iconic last scene.

Showbiz journalist Vicki Newman (@Vicki_Mirror) returns to the pod to analyse the episode that British audiences feared would be the last we'd see of Black Mirror.

Thankfully, we were wrong..!

Aldis Hodge (@AldisHodge) joins the podcast to talk about Jack, Carrie, That Monkey and all things Black Museum.

A Black Mirror fan before he was sent the script, Hodge jumped at the chance to be part of the show.

There's a light-hearted way to look at the episode: Rolo Haynes's ridiculous theatricality, Jack's new girlfriend pinning the monkey up against the wall, "our hands" [groan].

Black Museum also tackles racial politics in Trump's America: a tough subject, but an absolutely necessary one. Just look at how this week's airwaves have been dominated by Childish Gambino's 'This is America' video.

"The lack of understanding the pain that you're causing with the weapon you're causing it with - only to gain more for yourself personally - is exactly indicative of Rolo Haynes," Hodge says. It also sounds like how a historian might one day sum up our grimly regressive era.

Daniel Lapaine brings 'La Pain' to this episode of the pod for an exclusive - and raucous - interview about his work on Black Mirror.

Lapaine - who shot to fame as a dreamy swimmer in 1994 Australian comedy Muriel's Wedding - has a very special place in the Black Mirror universe.

He's in not just one, but two episodes. He makes a cameo appearance at the start of Season 1's The Entire History of You, on the interview panel sizing up Liam (Toby Kebbell).

He returns to the show to take the lead in the first story of Black Museum, The Pain Addict, based on a short story by magician Penn Jillette.

It's a performance that only works if the actor throws himself fully in - and Lapaine does, orgasm noises at a hospital bedside and all. Well, if Rolo Haynes (Douglas Hodge, who's been interviewed on the podcast) was okay with it, we're going to have to be too.

Listen to our analysis of Black Museum.

Wyatt Russell, who plays main character Cooper Redfield, Skypes into the podcast from LA to talk all things Playtest - and also about his favourite episode, the first one he ever saw.

Hear what it was like to act out all those scenes in the house of horrors alone, how he subtly changed his character and what he thinks the ending of the episode really means.

It's the gamer one! With Charlie Brooker's background as a video games journalist, it was only a matter of time before we got the horror gaming episode.

Wyatt Russell plays Cooper Redfield, a name that'll sound eerily familiar to old-school gamers.

To do the episode justice, we've got Daily Mirror gaming experts JC Suttun (@HandleMaverick) and James Ide (@Jymography) in the studio to chase all the many, many gaming references in the episode, look at the how horror games have been covered in the media and unpick the Inception-like layers of *that* ending.

You'll have heard James on The Entire History of You and Men Against Fire podcasts for good reason - they're all about technology that changes our perceptions.

Scariest episode of Black Mirror? Player One, you decide.

Even this podcast gets ratings! Why don't you rate, review and subscribe to Black Mirror Cracked...?

Nosedive reflects so much of our world back to us, that we can never escape that eerie feeling while watching it, even though Lacie Pound's (Bryce Dallas Howard) sweet pastel surroundings seem harmless.

Showbiz journalist Vicki Newman (@Vicki_Mirror) joins the pod to talk about celebrity culture, Instagram likes and Snapchat streaks.

When everything's a performance, a bit of trolling can seem like heroism, right?
