Certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace with a background in mental health and academia, she curates her thoughts through her blog, Baldwin Was Right and is the author of several books including, Shut’em Down: Black Women, Racism, & Corporate America and Everyday Struggle: How Toxic Workspaces Impact Black Women. Both books were Amazon Bestsellers in the category of business conflict.
A native of Louisiana and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, she holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Research from Louisiana State University, a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern University.
