Murdering defenseless unarmed black men, woman and children has been the norm in America.  If you know your history you cannot deny this fact.  So, why are we surprised that white men and white police officers are still doing what they've always done.  Police officers are merely the "Overseers" of society.  Watch all the videos of police officers violating people's civil and human rights.  It is almost always a group of white officers.  This country has a history of white men working as law enforcement agents, prison and jail guards.  It has been tradition, Grandpa was a sheriff, dad was a Captain at the prison, and the son is now working in law enforcement.  The million dollar question is, how can we change things?
