This morning we are speaking to Atty. Alan Phillips about the Pandemic Response Project (PReP) which is a volunteer organization he founded. According to the website, "PReP's primary goal is to reform emergency health laws to allow citizens to say "NO!" to these and other potentially mandatory emergency procedures and protocols."

Our guest today is Carl Mann Johnson the founder and CEO of the ANC Umbrella Foundation. The ANC Umbrella Foundation, a youth organization, is targeting youth ages 13-24 within the urban areas which are affected by violence and the HIV/AIDS virus. A-N-C Umbrella Foundation wants youth to understand the importance of their involvement, making them aware that this initiative starts with them, their families and community.

A 15-year old black teenager was jumped by a group of teens that stalked and threatened her in a Seattle Metro bus tunnel. The incident was witnessed by Seattle Metro security guards and Seattle police officers who stood by, watched, and did nothing to stop the attacks upon the 15-year-old Seattle teen.

An attorney for the victims family, James Bible in a press conference asked “if this young lady had blonde hair and blue eyes” would police officers had reacted differently?

A police spokesman sought to deflect responsibility from the two officers who allowed the attack to happen by asking the public to focus on the attackers.
