President Joe Biden's Infrastructure Package was approved after labored debate. Laws to "reform" policing and the Social Policy Bill were defeated or delayed. In Virginia, the next governor will be Glenn Youngkin, who campaigned against "critical race theory in schools." In Wisconsin, the trial of White teen Kyle Rittenhouse began. The White killer's day in court was interrupted when Judge Bruce Schroeder removed a juror. The reason for the ejection: the juror made a Racist Joke about the police killing of Jacob Blake. In Georgia, a nearly all White jury will decide the verdict in the Ahmaud Arbery murder trial. And students of 3rd generation general and child psychiatrist Dr. Frances Cress Welsing should note the American Psychological Association "apologized" for it's role in maintaining Racism/White Supremacy. They alleged to be about more than "words."

The workplace upheaval continues as the Biden administration instituted vaccine mandates and testing for companies employing more than 100 workers. These regulations take effect in the new year and will impact millions. The NFL's Aaron Rodgers is under immense scrutiny after testing positive for Covid-19. Rodgers publicly professed to being "immunized," but the league acknowledged that the reigning MVP is not vaccinated. Furthermore, Rodgers has flagrantly violated league policy for unvaccinated players for half of the current season. The NBA's Phoenix suns and White owner Robert Sarver may be adhering to Covid-19 mandates, however, the team is accused of maintaining a toxic, racist work environment in Arizona. Gus regularly encourages non-white people to be mindful of Racism and safety issues in the workplace. Mr. Brent Mack, a black male and attempted father, was found dead buried beneath a septic tank. His White employer, Daniel Joseph Triplett, is facing chargers for murder. It's suspected that the two had a disagreement while working together, and Triplett killed Mack and lied about his whereabouts.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the fourth study session on Ernest Tidyman's 1970 novel, SHAFT. Tidyman is a White man. He forged a distinguished journalism career working for The New York Times and Ohio's The Plain Dealer. In the midst of the so called Civil Rights Movement and the unrest of the 1960's, Tidyman decided to concoct a narrative around a black private detective named John SHAFT. This relatively short book sparked fifty years of trashy films and a television program, and mightily influenced the thoughts, speech, action, emotions, and wardrobe of generations of black people. Gus has yet to hear of any black people (including Neely Fuller Jr.) who were aware that the SHAFT franchise is the spawn of a White Man. During the third session, Tidyman has White enforcement officials describe the White mafia killing of several black males. They remark that this had to be the work of a White man because black people are not great thinkers. Repeatedly, Tidyman describes Ben Buford, the only character in the book attempting to counter racism, as some type of insect (non-human). At one point, Ben Buford, SHAFT and Knox Parsons have a brawl over the details of the kidnapping. Tidyman has Buford label SHAFT as a "faggot cocksucker." The homoeroticism of the text continues, when Tidyman has a pair of White gangbangers gawk and fantasize about having anti-sex with SHAFT and/or viewing SHAFT engaged in sexual activity.

 After a year of delay and Covid-19 induced caution, Halloween and all it's tackiness returned with all it's intoxicated fury. Along with the teeth-rotting candy and violent decor, there are a grab bag of court cases attracting attention across the nation. In Wisconsin, White teenage Kyle Rittenhouse faces charges for killing two White people during last summer's protests. A White judge already ruled that the individuals killed can be called "looters" and "rioters" but not "victims." In Georgia, the Ahmaud Arbery murder trial is set to begin. The jury selection process is ongoing, as Travis McMichael, his father Gregory McMichael and William "Roddy" Bryan face charges for killing a 25-year-old black male. In Illinois, a black mother competes with Gabrielle Petito to garner some attention for her missing and murdered black male child, Jelani Day. The 25-year-old graduate students death was initially ruled a drowning. The family has logical doubts.

BTR News – On this episode of BTR News, Scotty comments on a story coming out of Baltimore, Maryland where two pre-teen adolescent boys are being exploited as rap artists. The boys are featured in what should seem highly inappropriate content to any logical adult. Children in the entertainment business are nothing new and child exploitation is nothing new but it still shocks the senses to see.

There seems to be a lack of public interest in the story but one wonders if these two boys were two pre-teen adolescent girls rapping to a song like WAP, would there be a bigger public outcry? If they were insulting the LGBTQ community would there be a bigger public outcry? It is hard to say but we think there would be more attention paid to this story.
