Each one of those times I've been in the eviction process I've had the pleasure and the pain of being in a different seat each time. The first time I was a deadbeat tenant who didn't pay their rent. That's a story that deserves at least a podcast if not it's on two-part series. The second time I was a victim of a bad management company that wrongfully evicted, me but that's a story for another podcast. The last time I was part of the eviction process, I was the landlord and that's what this podcast covers.
