We often celebrate the destination without acknowledging the people who helped us survive the journey. This episode is my thank-you letter to those who stood beside me through grief, growth, setbacks, victories, and becoming.

We’ll talk about the importance of community, why asking for help is strength—not weakness—and how the people who believe in us often shape the women we’re still becoming.
