Today I'm joined by Scott Horton, cofounder and managing director of The Libertarian Institute and prolific writer and podcaster on foreign policy from a libertarian point of view. With COVID-19 and governments' reactions to it monopolizing the news this year, I wanted to get a rundown of what we've been missing and what's in store for a Biden administration.
