Today we will talk about SUU and what is going on around campus as well as local voting. 

As with all gifts the Father so willingly offers, seeing deeply requires us to ask Him—and then act. Ask to see others as He does—as His true sons and daughters with infinite and divine potential. Then act by loving, serving, and affirming their worth and potential as prompted. As this becomes the pattern of our lives, we will find ourselves becoming “true followers of … Jesus Christ.”8 Others will be able to trust our hearts with theirs. And in this pattern we will also discover our own true identity and purpose.

Today we are talking with Jason Thomas and Bryan Moore about the K-9 program in Iron County. Jason has been involved with K-9 training for a long time as well as Bryan. Both Jason and Bryan are in Law Enforcement and have dedicated their time and efforts to their profession. K-9 handlers in Iron County have a dedication to their dog, agency, and their community. In this episode we will touch on training, searches, bites, and many other things.   

Commander Williams and Corporal Peterson took time out of their busy schedules to talk to us about the SWAT team here in Iron County. There is a huge process to join the SWAT team but when people make it it is a well deserved. Williams and Peterson explain the ins and outs of this elite organization that represent and serve the citizens if Iron County and surrounding counties as well. 

Chief Darin Adams is the current Chief of Police for Cedar City. Chief Adams has a great determination to help the community he lives in. Chief Adams talks to us about his upbringing in Cedar City as well as his thoughts on the future of the city and police department and much more. 

Judge Miller talks to us about her career as a judge and how it all started for her. She will also talk about the challenges early on in her career and the passion she has for her hometown of Cedar City and its residents. 

On this episode Randall and I talk with two great men ( Dave Bulloch and Mark Lasson) both served here and in foreign soil. They will tell us about our local heroes that served in conflicts around the world. We will talk about stories of bravery, dedication, and commitment. We hope this gives everyone a glimpse of the dedication the men and women had for our great country. This memorial day we honor and respect the men and women that served and hope their stories stay alive and continue to teach those that are willing to listen.
