The combat medic in this video uses five tourniquets on one wounded soldier. This is why there is never enough tactical medical supplies in conflict zones and also why we continue our fund raising work.

The medic asks the wounded soldier, at about the 3:22 mark, if he has any tourniquets, to which the solider replies, "No"!
