So often we don't give ourselves enough credit when in reality, we deserve the world. You are way bigger than you think and matter more than you know, even if you don't hear it on a daily basis.

A lot of the times when we think we are working on ourselves, we are really working to prove other folks wrong. Whatever you choose to do in your life, do you specifically for you and what you truly can be. Shoot for whatever you choose regardless of other folks and their feelings.

There was a very significant time period to why many people base things off of skin tone. Especially in this generation and I feel it had been forgotten about. So I speak on this topic very broadly and maybe will have a part 2 that is a bit more in depth.

In this episode, I will be discussing pronouns and their significance to people. I feel this is one of the most important things that people act as if it isn't a big deal. In this segment, I speak on struggling with how we feel and how we deal with them. We tend to hide our emotions because of what we've had done to us in the past. It is very well okay to feel like you're at the bottom but don't sit there to long because then you turn that emotion into your life and your personality.
