In this episode, I explore the combination of factors I’ve found that add up to a very  concerning scenario on the horizon that appears unavoidable.  But, also, what we can do to prepare for riding it out…and what options we should be examining.

“Good Enough”…those words got stuck in my head.  Then I had to ask myself the hard question…”if good enough is not in your vocabulary, then what are you doing instead?”  This episode is me kicking me in the butt to get back to what used to work.

This is the most hard-hitting, honest, self reflective episode so far.  Midlife is not easy…this is probably the biggest issue I’m wrestling with.  I had to ask myself some really hard questions and come to grips with even harder answers.

In this episode, I take on a subject near and dear to me…from a non-political angle.  We should all have pride in our country…one that affords us the opportunities we all wish for and strive to attain.

I heard a comment recently by a well-known speaker,…he said, “the promise is no longer valid”.  He was referring to the traditional life model…get a good education, get a good job, work hard, and save money until you no longer need to work (i.e. retire).  In this episode, I explore some of the scary numbers published by the New York Fed and ask the question…is the promise still valid?
