Eskom, which supplies about 95% of Southern Africa’s power and is reliant on government bailouts to remain solvent, is set to announce its second consecutive multi-billion rand annual loss. We chatted to Energy expert Ted Blom about what he believes are the main problems at the power utility and some of the possible solutions.
