None of us want to fail in life but failure is par to the course and is necessary if you want to succeed.

It’s easy to be jealous and resentful in life when you feel other people are succeeding and you’re still on a journey. Today I want to reflect on those feelings and how to move your mindset to one of humility and personal development.

Death is unwanted but inevitable and it teaches us to be grateful for every single day. Today I want to reflect on the passing of Kobe and Gigi Bryant alongside some of the lessons that Kobe has left us with to help guide our journey in life.

Imposter syndrome is that feeling you can have or believing you don’t belong, you are a phoney and people will find you out.

Some may say that the candidate experience is the same for everyone but the truth is that it isn’t. Being Black will make it more difficult to get the job you want but there a few things you should do to navigate that problem to get the role you want.

Too many of our young black men are losing out on reaching their full potential and I’m tired of it. I can’t solve every issue but in some way I hope to share my lessons and offer some virtual mentoring via this podcast so wherever you are in the world you can create a breakthrough in your life.
