Our team visited Steve Russell as he was busily preparing his new brewery, Blasta, for its grand opening. The new brewpub will be a big feature in and around Burswood.

We also popped in to chat with Gareth Parker and the 6PR Morning Program team, taking a good look at the coming South West Craft Beer Festival.

And there is good news for one brewery in the region, Rocky Ridge, which earned a prestigious gong for the month.
