Starting the night off, we pay respects to the passing of a pop culture legend before Whitty (tries) to brag about how he isn't an idiot for last weeks beer bet. Today was a sad day in the world and Pacific Northwest sports landscape as news came down right before recording that Microsoft co-founder and owner of the Trail Blazers, Seahawks, and Sounders passed away from his battle with non-hodgkins lymphoma at the age of 65. The Blazers open their season at home against the Lakers on Thursday night in the nationally televised debut of LeBron James in a Lakers jersey.
