Bleav in Pro Wrestling

The WWE Draft is in the books and it's full steam ahead to Backlash this Saturday night in Puerto Rico! Rick Ucchino and SP3 are joined this week by Evan T. Mack of Audacy Sports. The former co-host of WWE's The Bump will analyze the landscape of both RAW and SmackDown following the draft and the guys will give their predictions for Saturday's PLE.

The boys are back and what fortuitous timing for the return of Bleav in Pro Wrestling's flagship show. Triple H made the bombshell announcement on RAW that WWE will crown a new World Heavyweight Champion on May 27th in Saudi Arabia.

Is WWE making a mistake by introducing another World Title? Does it devalue Roman's reign? Is he still the Undisputed Champion? Is this new World Title a consolation prize? Who should be the first World Heavyweight Champion? So many questions to answer.

Rick and SP3 are ready to dive into all of them. Oh and CM Punk was at RAW last night. That will probably come up on today's show as well.

Before Carmelo Hayes defends his NXT Championship against Grayson Waller tonight at NXT Spring Breakin', take some time to get to know these future main roster Superstars a little bit better.

Where would Carmelo Hayes be today if a neighbor didn’t make him a generous offer when he was a young man? And Grayson Waller used to mold young minds?

Our Rick Ucchino had a chance to chat with Hayes and Waller during the WrestleMania Press Junket a few weeks back, and as fate would have it, they're now fighting over the top prize on Tuesday nights.

Zoey Stark has been very busy since her return from an ACL tear last August. In addition to being a mainstay on NXT Tuesday nights, Stark appeared in the Royal Rumble, was scheduled to be on SmackDown and has been apart of several Main Event tapings in recent months. Could Stark be in line for a main roster call-up?

Our Rick Ucchino had a chance to catch up with the former Tag Team Champion who said she has unfinished business that she needs to take care of before she can move on to RAW or SmackDown.

It's a heel turn that had been rumored for weeks, but did WWE jump the gun? Trish Stratus attacked Becky Lynch after their loss on RAW, but why? And did it happen too soon? Also, who attacked Lita prior to her Tag Team Title defense?

Rick Ucchino and SP3 are back to discuss possible motives for Trish's actions and any theories you may have.

Also on the show, our good friend Phil Lindsey wrote a column for Bleacher Report this week about Seth Rollins. Rick will ask SP3 if WWE has a Seth Rollins problem.

All that, plus, WWE Draft talk, a CM Punk update and we'll look at Switchblade Jay White signing with AEW on this week's Bleav in Pro Wrestling Podcast!

Manifestation is the name of the game. Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn are looking to parlay their NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship win at Stand & Deliver into a main roster call up and WrestleMania match in 2024.

Our Rick Ucchino had a chance to catch up with the new Champs at the WrestleMania Press Junket where they talked about their transition to the United States, NXT UK’s future after being shuttered, filming their promo videos, potentially working with Becky Lynch and so much more!

Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair finally get to have their WrestleMania moment together, in front of fans. Our Rick Ucchino caught up with the Nightmare at the WrestleMania Press Junket to talk about her potentially winning her 5th different Championship in WWE, a stacked Women's Division, potential huge weekend for Judgment Day and more!

Every Superhero has their origin story. For Braun Strowman and Ricochet, a real life tag team with super human abilities, it was a Tweet that brought them together. And ultimately, what got them on the card for WrestleMania 39.

Our Rick Ucchino was at the WrestleMania Press Junket and got a chance to catch up with the Monster of All Monsters and the One and Only!

Triple H and his creative team may be forced to alter their WrestleMania plans as Bray Wyatt is reportedly out of action with an undisclosed physical issue. Bobby Lashley may have already confirmed that their 'Mania match is off. What's next then for the All Mighty?

Meantime, WWE is still holding out hope that they can get Stone Cold Steve Austin to make an appearance in Los Angeles. Maybe even wrestle a match with L.A. Knight being a name that's been pitched backstage.

And it definitely appears as though the company has pushed it's entire Women's Division to the back burner less than three weeks away from the biggest show of the year. Rick Ucchino and SP3 are back to break it all down on today's Bleav in Pro Wrestling Podcast.

It was quite the newsworthy weekend which makes for a jam-packed edition of Bleav in Pro Wrestling today. Vince McMahon was reportedly in gorilla all night Monday night at RAW in Boston. What does that mean, if anything?

Jey Uso finally made his choice between Sami Zayn and the Bloodline and it was as heartbreaking as we expected it to be. Also, several more matches have been made official for WrestleMania, or have they?

This all on the heels of a spectacular AEW Revolution PPV. MJF proved just how good he really is, but did he finally find the line that even he can't cross? What's next for Bryan Danielson after his loss on Sunday and just how messed up was that Texas Death Match between Hangman Page and Jon Moxley?
