A short overview of my journey in celibacy. It's a crucial part of life and the development of a person to know themselves beyond their bodies and what they can offer in terms of sex and other physical acts. Celibacy is also not a religious act, but rather a personal choice hence anyone can choose to break their celibacy at any given point. This is sometimes due to emotional and mental damage, being raised in a conservative environment and being introverted. We've spoken about friendships but in this episode we speak about how to build those friendships. The average person can not get through life on their own, we all need someone and we delve into that in this episode. Take it from an introvert and loner, there's no reason for you to spend your entire life alone no matter how much you feel it makes you happy.

Have you ever been ghosted? Or do you do the ghosting? This episode is inspired by some events in my life and the MTV show: Ghosted. Let's look at both angles of ghosting and how it can sometimes be crucial in your formed relationships.

How many people are in your life thay actually deserve to be there? I'd rather be alone than within a crowd where no one cares about how I feel. You have those people on your life but you don't have the guts to cut them off. This episode talks about how you can effectively ghost your friend, boyfriend/girlfriend. Oh, your family too. Effectively! Life couldn't be easier!

The beautiful thing about happiness is that it comes in different forms and what makes me happy might not make you happy. But what if there was a formula for happiness regardless of how it differed. In this segment we define happiness as a journey or sequence of happenings, it's not definite, and it's forever evolving because should it be stagnant it will lose its effect and become equivalent to nothingness. I bet your dictionary won't tell you that. So join me and look into your life with a different notion.

We Speak STIs and STDs that have proven to be more common then we'd like to believe. We live in an age where sex is just sex but it's unfortunate that health doesn't remain healthy. It's important to take your partner for blood tests before engaging in sex and prioritize your health. No one is responsible for your health, take charge of it. We also send love to anyone with any disease because we're all human.

What do you define friendship as? Is it about you, your friends or everyone? What makes one your friend? You'd be surprised at the ridiculous answers we come up with but friendship is so beautiful it doesn't deserve a definition bit it's rather defined by acts of kindness, love, understanding and companionship.

This episode is a glimpse into a dating life that went wrong because of lack of proper guidance, self confidence, self knowledge and self worth. The aim is for every story to be a lesson to someone who is in a terrible relationship and is oblivious to it and also a lesson of love to anyone who feels like they are not enough or that they need other people to validate their worth. You deserve to be loved by yourself before anyone and that's how you also learn to love other people unconditionally. Be your number one lover, be your number one supporter. Get yourself!
