My step father was the best thing that ever happen to me. Being in a relationship with another can be a challenge or a blessing. However when it comes with children from a previous relationship what is one to do? There are many types of families however today blended and step families appear to be the norm. The new relationship can bring children or adults from previous relationships or marriages which may present many challenges. The new relationship may resurrect old, unresolved anger and hurt. Some children may resist the change while others may adapt well. And for some the issue may not be the children it could be the parents or adults within the relationship.
