It's time for Dem Boyz to get down to the worst divisions in the league: The Souths. Paul and Brandon debate the AFC and NFC South, give team outlooks, and make prognostications for how everything will shake out. It's some heated debate, and they end up on opposite sides of the fence in the AFC.
Plus, Paul continues his Criterion Challenge and takes us down the Robert De Niro/Scorsese ouevre, Brandon gives an update on his journey into The White Lotus season one, and recaps a weekend at the beach.
All this and much, much more on the Martin Gramatica episode!

It was a week of technical difficulties for Dem Boyz, so there's a lot of vamping (or, as Paul's autocorrect would put it, camping). But once the show does finally get up and running, Paul the Saints fan and Brandon the Cowboys fan had plenty to talk about.
First, it was a recap of what they watched this week. Brandon talked about a revisit of the Arctic Monkeys catalog and up-and-coming artist Clover County. Then there was discussion of The White Lotus' first two episodes, as well as the many positive aspects of Alexandra Daddario and Sydney Sweeney. Paul recapped his most recent Criterion Challenge flicks, and gave his feedback on Barbarian, which was truly a wild ride.
Then it's onto the sports. Dem Boyz chatted about the Saints and Cowboys performance in their first preseason games. Last, Dem Boyz give their predictions for the AFC and NFC North, with a few big discrepancies in their projected standings, as well as a bet on whether or not this is the year that the Steelers finally fall off the .500 cliff.Follow the show on X: @Bless_Dem_Boyz

But first, the non-football talk: a review of Parasite and The Tragedy of Macbeth; a visit to Houston Restaurant Weeks; more Criteron Collection Challenge; and a couple of minor NBA stories.

With training camps underway, Dem Boyz gather to go over the latest news and notes out of Saints and Cowboys camps. There's been no movement on a Parsons deal, but a Jake Ferguson contract has been signed. Is it Jake Haener time in New Orleans? Not if Paul has anythign to say about it.
Plus there's discussion on Licorice Pizza and Tyler Childers' latest album, Snipe Hunter, and Paul tries to remember a country music artist with a tie to Louisiana. Then the Boyz close out the show with an Immaculate Grid before drafting their favorite games they've watched in their teams' history.

It's all fun and games (and lots of jokes) in this week's episode.
