Back to School supply shopping can put a big dent in a family’s budget, and that’s why Argrow’s House, Modern Woodmen of America, and Grace Church have joined hands to celebrate local families and children for a Bless the Block Backpack Event. Join us Friday as we talk with one of the organizers for the event Dr. Kit Evans-Ford. We’ll talk about the need for area families and how you can join in a very special back-to-school celebration at the Esparanza Center in Moline. We’ll also highlight the work of Argrow’s House of Healing and Hope that offers free services for survivors of domestic violence and abuse.
