Todays episode is all about birth plans/desires and why having them is so important. We discuss how birth plans play a huge role in a successful satisfactory birth and helps you communicate with your birth team. We also discuss the limits of birth plans and what to keep in mind when writing one.

In this episode, we're discussing the similarities between the waiting we experience in pregnancy and the waiting we experience in Advent. There is so much to learn and embrace during pregnancy and the season of Advent if only we're willing to invite God in to show us.

For our first topic, we wanted to discuss how there's no one right way to birth your baby. We're breaking down the idea that there's a better way to birth because all birth is beautiful whether it happens at home or in a hospital (or birthing center). The important thing is that all mothers know their options and feel informed.
