We all want to start our day off with the least amount of stress as possible because a lot of stress comes at us that we really just can't help throughout the day. So by starting a morning routine, you actually decrease your stress and you allow your day to be opened up to more possibilities. The second reason why a morning routine is so important as you actually gain time.
