Welcome back to Episode 8 of #blessedAF. It's that time of year again, where we often start to feel the anxieties of being overwhelmed with too much work, and the stressful business of wrapping everything up before the end of the year. On top of that, we've also endured another incredibly hard year with COVID which has only added an extra layer of stress and potential burnout (lockdown fatigue, anyone?!). In this episode we talk about our experiences with stress, anxiety and burnout and the strategies and coping mechanisms we try to implement to reduce the impact it has on our lives.
