              Cocktail - Hot Buttered Whiskey

              • 2 oz Whiskey
              • ¼ oz maple syrup
              • 2 Rounded tablespoons batter
              • Hot water
              • Cinnamon stick for garnish

                • Batter

                • 1 stick of butter
                • ¼ c brown sugar
                • ½ Tablespoon cinnamon
                • ½ tsp nutmeg
                • ¼ tsp ground cloves
                • Dash of ground ginger

                  • Cream the ingredients.

                  In an irish coffee mug add 2 rounded tablespoons of batter along with the whiskey and syrup. Top with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

                        Cocktail - Blackberry Smash

                        • 5-8 Mint Leaves
                        • 1/4 Lemon cut into 3
                        • 1 oz Simple Syrup
                        • 2 oz Whiskey
                        • 4-5 Blackberries

                          • Muddle mint, lemon, and blackberries gently with ice. Add simple syrup and whiskey. Shake for 30 seconds until chilled. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with mint sprig and blackberries.
