Since 1 July, blind masseurs have been able to resume business, after months of not being allowed to operate. We check in with Rajeevan Gopala Krishnan to find out what it's like to implement the SOPs stipulated by the government, and discuss what else can be done to provide better safety nets to those in the industry.
