A conversation on assets and liabilities. We all understand these terms in the physical sense, but what about in the intangible sense? Are we more of an asset or a liability when it comes to others?

A conversation on seizing the opportunity that is presented to us.  When preparing ourselves for positions of success, are we pushing people down or pulling people up to get there?
