This week we meet Dida Lange - a style coach who specializes in thrifted items. Did you know that vintage items are those clothes that are over 10 years old and antiques are over 20? Crazy! Thrifted fashion is about sustainability and finding unique pieces.

Update - after the podcast I actually tried Dida's service and I couldn't be happier! I started with a small package but was so impressed with what she sent that I signed up for the subscription service. Her sense of style is amazing and she really listened to my requests. In this week's episode we spoke with Krystian Howe of With Love and Fluffs about how to keep house when you have low energy from chronic illness, and anxiety. It was an interesting discussion about separating your metal capacity and your physical capacity - and what tasks you could do with each. Her best tip? "Small steps are big wins".

Then we also had a discussion about service dogs. My family has a psychiatric service dog and so does Krystian - we hope our discussion sheds some light on this important family member and medical device.
