1. Allow space for grief

2. Create space for emotional support and listening

3. Find ways to build more team trust

4. Allow for more personal and mental health days

5. Create systems within the company for team members to report themselves as safe

6. Create more WFH flexibility and hours flexibility

7. Resist the urge to give our meaningless gifts/company merch

8. Take responsibility without bypassing responsibility to diverse employees

9. Avoid the need to present as perfect and acknowledge that you're all learning one step at a time
