She was adorned by Dr. King, Malcolm X, and Kwame Ture. She was put in jail, shot at, whipped, and abused but never compromising. She helped form a new party breaking away from the Democratic party where she met resistance. She is one of the first Black women to address the floor of Congress She loved Black People and gave her life for their cause. Her favorite Song "This little light of Mine" propelled her to travel around the world after living on a plantation until she was 44. She never finished school we Brothers Salute, you Ancestor!
