  • Calm Within Chaos
This is a filler episode to help individuals who are affected during this pandemic. I offered two breathing exercises, meditation music, a mantra, and a passage. I pray that this can help someone to have a peace of mind for a few minutes. Please stay safe, build your immune system, and together we’ll work through this. 💕
