Rico Johnson-Sinclair is a Writer-Producer living in the West Midlands who works in film exhibition and production. He is the director and programmer of ‘CineQ Queer Film Festival’, a queer film festival that focuses on the perspectives of queer, trans and intersex people of colour and stories told for and by them. Rico is an advocate of inclusion and diversity in the creative arts industry and has created safe spaces for LGBTQ+ people in Birmingham.

Humans on Wax is a Coventry-based vinyl collective with ElleJay & DJ Fazed at the helm.

Pre-Rona they kept us all dancing with events across the city. And since lockdown have been delivering musical goodness via their divergence series mixes from DJs from all over the world.

Ghost Town is a collective of curators, DJs, artists and event

managers resurrecting Coventry’s long lost underground club culture. Ghost Town covers sounds right across dance music from Disco to Grime - since 2016. They're a successful music and arts business that has programmed and collaborated with over 20 events predominantly in Coventry, as well as Birmingham and London in 2019 alone.
