In today’s very very long episode I go over what boundaries are and what they are not, when I had them when I didn’t and finding the balance today. I touch a little on narcissism, pity, living in scarcity etc. from my early years and maybe other lifetimes that effect my present. We talk about the two boundaries I made this week with some ignorance on social media and overworking. All of this and even a little full moon talk!
