How are you standing throughout the day? This can determine your posture because your body listens to what you tell it to do most of the time. So if you were standing a certain way over and over again then your body is going to think this is how you stand even if it's inefficient. So make sure your posture is optimal by slightly squeezing your shoulders back squeezing your abs down squeezing your butt up and your feet are staying straight.
