2017 is more than a week underway. 2017 is over one-52nd gone. How’s it going so far? Is your trajectory set for whatever destination you decided on reaching this year? Did you create a WRITTEN, SPECIFIC PLAN? Do you have a targeted destination for finances, romances, health, self-development, expansive growth in mind? Or have you taken it a step deeper and written down the plan, and reverse engineered the plan to clarify the step-by-step actions to take, and when to take each step?
If you have created a plan for your over-all health, and you decided to release a few pounds, add movement into your life, and eat a healthier diet, are you actually implementing that plan?
If you’ve crafted the destination for enhancing your romance, are you on target for daily steps to make the improvements?
If you’ve decided to double your income this year, are you clear about exactly what you will do to make this decision bear fruit?
Most of us have an idea, or we hope for change. When it comes to taking action, we may make a half-hearted attempt…for a few days or weeks….
In short, we MUST make the internal shifts in self-esteem and confidence before any real lasting transformations take place. Our brains are hardwired to keep us safe, and they do a great job of that.
Unfortunately, this means that we have to help get the brain on-board, we must know we deserve the life we plan to have on January first each year. Without the brain on-board, we will revert to the past level of being. Weight or financial set points, are set via mental images and internalized levels of self-worth and deserving.
There is a means to re-setting the internalized set points for love, money, health, etc. And that’s where I come in, or any other coach worth her salt…because I have the tools to help you transform your life by transforming your mindset.
