Do you generally go thru life in a state of stress?
In a group setting, a circle of women hold hands, creating a conduit for energy to flow around the circle. At one point, a woman will be instructed to stop allowing the energy to flow into hand. No energy is now entering her body. No energy is allowed to circulate thru the circle. Everyone is affected.
The woman who is blocking the flow, will begin to demonstrate physical changes as the flow is stopped. Her body will curl.
Once the flow is reinstated, and the conduit is balanced, the flow is allowed to move smoothly around the circle. All participants are in a state of energetic balance.
Next, when one participant is instructed to allow the flow of energy in, but not out, her body will begin to shake with the over-flowing of energy that enters, but which is not allowed to leave. The input causes an imbalance which is again observable. Once the flow is released, the participants all return to the optimal state of balance.
