We've been off for a few weeks, it was time to play catch up on the big issue in the US at the capitol and some NBA.

Always a blast getting to know and talk with Ross. Remember, we've never actually met face to face. This is just two guys communicating sharing experiences across the globe.

Life is always about adapting. Today is a perfect example. We are all dealing with hurdles, but to what extent can we adapt, versus excuse our attempts. 

While Charles is slightly distracted while parenting the two guys delve into patients whether with your child or an adult. If we can be patient with a five-year-old, we can be patient with a fifty-year-old. 

We never know the effect we can have on someone having a bad day with patience and kindness.  We also talk about getting reprimanded with a strong hand as kids. 

Sometimes the lessons learned need to be done late in life. They carry more weight when they come with years of missed opportunities and failures. 

Ross and Charles talk of hard work, the perception behind it and the roles we place as parents, teaches and co-workers in the development of kids and young adults.
