On Part 2 of the Napa Valley Halloween Murders, we continue to follow the search for a killer who brutally murdered two local girls on Halloween night 2004. With the entire community of Napa living in fear, police were desperate to find a suspect but with nothing more than a few drops of blood and some cigarette butts, it was going to be an uphill battle to figure out who had committed this heinous crime.
