Blood in the Cornfields

This week we see the return of Reagan who will be joining Marc and Ivy to talk about the insane follow up to Basket Case. Released nearly a decade after the original, Basket Case 2 continues right where the original left off, I guess neither Duane nor Belial died in the fall, and this time we get to meet a few more of his friends.

You can follow Regan at scary_movie_club on most platforms

I know its a little late, but this week Marc and Ivy sit down with John Avina founder and writer of Avina Comics.  John is a filmmaker, writer, comic creator, funeral director and friend of Tim Wolak (whom we have had on the show more than once). Marc and Ivy ask him about his work, how he finds artists for his comics, the trials and tribulations of self publishing vs commercial publishing and of course horror movies.

Please support his awesome work and buy some comics here:

This week Marc and Ivy are back together doing what they do best: talking horror. We all know they love the evil dead franchise as a whole, hell Army of Darkness is basically the unofficial mascot of the show, (being Blake's favorite after all), but what about the new films, the new trilogy (rise, burn, and the upcoming wrath)? Find out here, skip ahead about 31 minutes to skip Marc's rant and get straight to the review if you want.

Daniels and talk about his most recent short film, Beyond Mamushi. The film is currently doing the festival circuit so it is unavailable to stream, but if you have the chance to check it out please do, it is well worth your time.
