Professor Delcianna Winders is one of the foremost experts on the federal Animal Welfare Act in the United States. Prior to joining Lewis & Clark Law School where she is the director of the animal law and litigation clinic, she was the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Captive Animal Law Enforcement at the PETA Foundation.
