We put a poll out to you, the audience, to vote on which Van Damme movie we should talk about for our first JCVD episode, and y'all picked a classic - 1988's Bloodsport. We were hoping you'd pick either Double Impact (never in my life would I wear black silk unnerwear) or maybe Timecop, but Bloodsport it is. Regardless of what WE wanted, we did this for YOU. IMDB has this to say about the movie: "Bloodsport" follows Frank Dux, an American martial artist serving in the military, who decides to leave the army to compete in a martial arts tournament in Hong Kong where fights to the death can occur.
