It’s time for another Liz birthday episode! Liz introduces Josh to the Howard Hawk’s classic Gentleman Prefer Blondes (1953) starring Jane Russell, Marylin Monroe, and Charles Coburn. They chat about the musical numbers, the dresses and the French lady furniture.

Liz & Josh re-discover the original found footage smash hit, The Blair Witch Project (1999). They reminisce about the true-events viral marketing surrounding the film’s original release as well as it’s less successful sequels. They also tack on two more “band names” to their growing list.h.

To celebrate Women In Horror Month, Liz & Josh crack open the Babadook (2014) by Australian filmmaker Jennifer Kent. They talk about how kids are creepy, the gender identity of Mister Babadook and most importantly how to pronounce “Babadook”. Josh also opens up about his distaste for teeth.

Liz & Josh cover the 1977 Italian horror film “Suspiria” by director Dario Argento. Pour a glass of wine, put on your ballet slippers and draw your self a pentagram on the dance floor.

Josh introduces Liz to A Nightmare On Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge (1985), the second installment of the horror series featuring America’s favorite razor gloved dream stalker Freddy Krueger. In front of a live audience, they discuss Freddy’s sophomore effort to invade our nightmares as well as one of the better solo dance sequences in a horror sequel to date.
