2 oz Oloroso Sherry

2-3 oz Carrot Juice

Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Dash of Simple Syrup or Curacao

Pinch of Celery Salt

Twist of Black Pepper

Dash of Pepper Sauce

Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an ice filled Collins glass, garnish with celery stick, olives, cherry tomatoes, gherkins, pickled onions, chicken pops and/or whatever tickles your fancy!
