For episode 40, we welcome to the stage the lovely Mackenzie Andrews. Mackenzie and I met years ago, and I’m so glad we did. She is incredibly real, hilarious, outspoken, loyal, and genuine as they come. We sat down while Ford, her son, took a nap, and she had a few moments to chat. Raised in the south, marrying her college sweetheart turned NFL football player, and entering into a life of lots of unknown, Mack has SO much life experience and nuggets of wisdom to share. She’s a new mom, a wife, newly dirty thirty, and a vet to NFL life and all that it comes with - or the “League” as she refers to it. We chat about her background, how she knew David was the one, relationship advice, being a new mom, going through hard transitions throughout her 20’s, how to prioritize friendships, and most importantly, how to prioritize YOURSELF through all that life throws at you, despite your identity constantly shifting.
